Job Description
The Company
Our client is one of the leading international design house. It has emerged as a versatile, multi-disciplinary consultancy service provider. Its focus has been on customized planning and design for global clients and seeks to hire qualified and Senior Design Manager and CAD Manager(s) for their Singapore operations.
The Position
It will be required to offer commercial fit out / hospitality experience especially in managing and running large scale projects and leadership skills to lead a multi-disciplinary team. Fundamentally there will be a requirement to engage with prospective target customers and develop relationships with Corporate Real Estate senior management as well as with key decision-makers of local businesses. Aside from engaging with people, a significant aspect of the role will be the ability to prepare attractive and well-considered solutions that respond to Client briefs supported by a production team that will need to be managed to ensure proposals are delivered in a timely and qualitative manner. Naturally, the successful candidate will need to regularly interface with the Project Management team to ensure that scope of work can feasibly and successfully delivered.
The Person
It is anticipated that interested candidates will possess a relevant degree and a minimum of 10+ years experience in Design / Interiors for Corporate/Commercial and Hotels. The successful applicant should ideally be technically qualified as an architect or interior designer and offer excellent interpersonal and communication skills whilst also possessing the energy, drive and enthusiasm to successfully operate within a high profile, market-leading organisation.
