Project: Arkutun Dagi Project Rotation: 6/2 Job Description: Our Client (Large Owner/Operator in the Oil&Gas Industry) is requesting resumes of potential candidates for a Construction Site Lead near Vladivostok, Russia. Additional Details: Construction Site Lead for the Arkutun Dagi Project. It is a 6/2 rotational position at the Nahyokha site (outside Vladivostok) in Russia at the GBS graving dock site (GBS is Gravity Based Structure). The position is to be back to back (providing overlap at beginning and end of each hitch) overseeing the activities in the graving dock during the concrete GBS construction. The position reports to the Construction Site Manager and is responsible for the site safety, quality, construction and site services. The position has approximately 8 direct reports overseeing 1 prime contractor and A variety of subcontractors, We are searching for someone who has extensive concrete GBS experience in the oil & gas industry and preferably Russian experience (or similar remote location experience i.e. Kazakhstan). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills , proven safety leadership as well as excellent technical knowledge of concrete construction processes, an engineering degree and solid understanding of quality assurance. Also experience directly managing contractor required and overseeing cost and schedule controls. We're told the site will be similar to a camp. i.e. onsite housing, food, etc. However, the site is in proximity to a large enough city to provide for hotels, apartments, etc. Either way, there will be some type of compensation for housing/food/transport. Both GBS and concrete experience are essential.
