Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct project feasibility studies, present the findings to management and make recommendations on the development concept, preliminary programme and budget.
Prepare project brief and manage the project to ensure timelines as well as cost and quality standards are met.
Leading in the selection and appointment of project consultants and contractors, as well as coordinate and monitor the appointed vendors' work.
Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes, and propose appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
Applicants must obtain a Honours Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building or Quantity Surveying.
Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in consultant firms or developer organizations.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
