2. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (15 NOS)

Minimum BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5 to 7 years experience in Mechanical Engineering, including Rotating Equipment maintenance, condition monitoring in a Refinery, Power or ProcessPlants. Maintenance and corrective procedure of rotating and associated equipment specifically Centrifugal Compressors.

3. CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN (15 NOS)

Minimum of 3 years in the field of Condition Monitoring in the Petrochemical, Refinery & Oil and Gas Plants. Carry out Condition Monitoring of the Plant Installed Rotating Equipments by Data Acquisition Techniques and Data Analysis. Carry out daily inspection, predictive maintenance and data collection on rotating machinery such as compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes, motors, steam and gasturbines and turbo expanders.

4. ONLINE ANALYZER TECHNICIAN (10 NOS)

Minimum 7 years of experience in Electronics or Instrumentation fault diagnosis, breakdown repair, preventive maintenance and overhaul work, including at least 5 years Analyzer experience in Petrochemical or Oil Industry. Monitors physical inspection of process analyzers in all plant units. Must have knowledge for the following online analyzers, Yokogawa, Siemens GC, Oxygen, Infrared, NOX, TOC, IR & UV, Specific Gravity, Silica, Chlorine, PH and Conductivity Analyzers.

- Professional Qualification or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field. Requires a minimum of 10 years experience on commercial / contracts management and cost control on major industrial construction projects.

6. POWER STATION OPERATOR

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mech./Elect. /Power), max. graduated on 2006
· AGE Not more than 30 years
· Minimum 2 5 years experience in operation of a modern gas/thermal power & desalination station.
· The applicant shall be well versed in power / desalination plant operations through DCS system.
· Responsible for monitoring and operating the plant / equipment from the central control boards and optimize plant operation.
· Responsible for satisfactory operation of the assigned plant (Boiler, Turbine, Generator and Desalination Plant) with the appointed crew. Supervise, instruct and co-ordinate with the assigned crew efficiencyand effectively fulfill their job functions and assignments.
· Check and review the operating conditions and records in order to investigate the weak and troublesome point in advance of any occurrence.
· Maintain the operating equipment and facilities in sound and clean condition.
· Maintain detailed operation logs for all operation activities.
· Carry out isolation of the equipment for planned and emergency maintenance and normalization of the plant there after.
· Follow safety rules and ensure close adherence to the safety, environment and quality requirements. Should be willing to work in shifts.

7. SENIOR ENGINEER - I&C MAINT.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· B.Sc in Electrical / Electronics / Instrument Engineer, max. graduated on 2004
· 5 10 years experience in diagnostic check, troubleshooting and maintenance of instrumentation and control in Power plant.
· Through understanding of Control Loops.
· Field instruments and Control Actuator, Calibration and Maintenance, Knowledge and working experience on different control system such as DCS, PLC, Fire Fighting System.
· Practical experience in ABB PROCONTROL P-13 / P14 / PMS & POS, GE -Speedtronic Mark VI, ABB DCS INFI 90 / Symphony, Siemens DCS- Teleperm ME / Teleperm XP, Simadyn D Controller, Toshiba DCS TOSMAP, PLC SIAMTIC S5 / S7, CEGELEC PLC, Allen bardley PLC, HIMA PLC.

· Carry out of the repair and maintenance work of all types of field instruments such as temperature, pressure, level, vibration, speed, flame detectors, transmitters, switches, gauges, recorders andanalyzers.
· Calibration and maintenance of various types of control actuators e.g. Hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized control valves.
· Work experience of various types of workshop test equipment.
· Supervision ability and guidance of work crafts and reporting capability. Self motivated and can work under pressure.
· Should have awareness of personnel and equipment safety such as PLC, DCS and through understanding of control loops.

11. SR. Engineer Mechanical Maintenance (Steam Turbine)

· Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major/ Minor inspections of Steam Turbines and its auxiliaries.
· Should-have- capability of effectively plan, Monitor overhauls schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the plant.
· Should have experience in troubleshooting of the equipment malfunctions and finalize short term/ long-term corrective actions.
· Should have adequate writing/communicati on skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents etc.
· Shall be responsible for preparation of maintenance budget, control and effective utilization of the same.
· Should have experience in spare parts planning, purchase and inspection activities.
· Should have good knowledge of computerized Maintenance management system.
· Should have good knowledge of Safety, OHSAS and ISO standards.

13. SR. Engineer Mechanical Maintenance (Boiler)

QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, max. graduated on 1999
· Candidate must have minimum 10-12 years experience in a large Power Station.
· Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a High pressure Boilers, Heat recovery boilers( NG/LFO firing), High pressure valves, Control valves, Safety Valves, High Pressure piping ,Drum , Burner duct, Diverter Damper ,Boiler tubes /header etc..
· Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major inspection and trouble shooting of Power /Heat recovery boilers and it's auxiliaries.
· Should-have- capability of effectively plans. Monitor overhauls schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the plant.
· Should have experience in high pressure welding and NDT test applicable in Boiler Tubes and headers.

· Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major/ Minor/Annual inspection of Gas Turbines and Its auxiliaries.
· Should-have- capability of effectively plan, Monitor overhauls schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the plant.
· Should have experience in troubleshooting of the equipment malfunctions and finalize short term/ long-term corrective actions.
· Should have adequate writing/communicati on skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents etc.

· Candidate must have minimum 10-12 years experience in a large Power Station. He Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a Gas Turbines and itsauxiliaries. (Preferably Siemens/General Electric Gas Turbines)
· Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major/ Minor/Annual inspection of Gas Turbines and Its auxiliaries.
· Should-have- capability of effectively plan, Monitor overhauls schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the plant.

· Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a of the Desalination plant of MSF technology, including sea water system, DM water plant, verticalspumps ( BBD/BRP,SEA WATER pumps).
· Should-have- capability of effectively plan, Monitor overhauls/Annual schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the Desalination plants.
· Should have experience in troubleshooting of the equipment malfunctions and finalize short term/ long-term corrective actions.
· Knowledge of Corrosion technology, including selection of material for different application will have added advantage.
· Should have adequate writing/communicati on skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents etc.
· Responsible for preparation of maintenance budget, control and its effective utilization of it.
· Must have a good knowledge of standards and practices applicable to Desalination plant equipments.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, max. graduated on 2003
· 6-8 years experience for degree/Diploma holders.
· Should have worked in a large Power Station of large Petrochemical, Fertilizer factory as a Maintenance Engineer responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a large Power Steam/GasTurbines, Boilers, and Large Pumps etc.
· Should have experience in overhaul Major Inspection of Steam or Gas Turbines.· Should have capability to effectively plan, schedule, and supervise work with highest reliability and productivity.
· Should have experience in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and select corrective actions.· Should have adequate writing skills to prepare reports and written documents- shall have a good knowledge of standards and practices applicable to power plant equipment
· Should have experience in spare parts planning, purchase and inspection activities.
· Should have knowledge in using computerized Maintenance management system effectively over and above good computer use experience.
· Shall ensure good safety practices in work.

20. Foreman (Mechanical Maintenance)

QUALIFICATIONS
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, max. graduated on 2003
· 6-8 years experience in a large power station or similar field like refinery, petrochemical or fertilizer plant.
· Shall have experience in overhaul or major inspection of a large Steam / Gas Turbines, pumps, compressors, boilers, high pressure valves, etc.
· Shall have knowledge of international standards on material and machinery fit standard, tolerances.
· Shall have basic knowledge of ND tests. Shall have experience in planning, scheduling and execution overhaul work.
· Shall have leadership qualities to lead a team of professional technicians for timely and quality work execution.
· Should have experience in computer use for data entry and analysis using a maintenance management system software
· Shall have experience in Pipeline fabrication and or overhaul of large vertical and multistage pumps.
· Should have good experience with renowned maintenance / refurbishment contractors
· Should be safety conscious.

21. Senior Mechanic

QUALIFICATIONS
· Higher Secondary School Certificate followed by Trade School Certificate- Apprenticeship / on job training in power station or continuous process Industry.
· Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance and overhaul of large Steam Turbines and / or Major Inspection of Industrial Gas Turbines.
· Have experience in Overhaul of Large vertical pumps, Power boilers, Multi stage high-pressure pumps etc.
· Capable of independently handling the work allocated to him on overhaul of the equipment referred to above.
· Shall have a fair knowledge of the rigging of parts of large machines and various measuring instruments and precision tools.
· Shall have capability to align turbine to generator.
· Shall be able to read and understand machine drawings and should be familiar with fits and tolerances in assembly of machinery.
· Should be able to converse English language.

General skills and qualifications required:
- Male, Age between 30 45 years old.
- Must have excellent spoken and written in English, other language is highly desirable.
- Working Reference and Computer literate
- A self starter, energetic, good personality, highly motivated and inspirational
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and good team work.
